David is a graduate of the University of Malta and MSM (Netherlands) and is fully qualified in Logotherapy and Existential Analysis and Hypno-psychotherapy. He holds the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) and is registered with the European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP) - Vienna. He is registered on the EAP Website Register of approved Psychotherapists (ERP) at www.europsyche.org
David’s training has been along a traditional psychotherapy route. With over twenty years of therapeutic and clinical experience, he has trained with a number of Institutes in traditional Counseling and Psychotherapy, namely with the European Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis (EALEA) (Approved by EAP) – Vienna and other schools, majoring in the modalities of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy and hypnopsychotherapy. David is also an approved Clinical Supervisor for psychotherapy by EALEA. He is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner. David is a member, as well as the Secretary, of the Malta Association of Psychotherapists (MAP) - www.mapsychotherapy.org
David specializes in the use of Hypno-analysis and Meanings-based Clinical Hypnosis coupled with Existential Analysis / Counseling and Logotherapy to help people resolve deep seated Traumas, Phobias, Grief, deep rooted behaviour problems/ patterns and Obsessive-Compulsive / Anxio-depressive syndromes.
